Shipping Rates and Procedures

Shipping costs are based on the wholesale total of your order. Each order has a minimum shipping charge.
Orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on varied factors.

Items will generally ship via USPS in these cases: 

  • Shipping to a PO Box.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Military Address.
  • The order weighs less than 1 pound
  • The order is shipping to Canada. Canadian orders ship via Canada Post, except for some few items that will ship via USPS (but the rates to Canada still apply).

Warranty / Guarantee Statement

GardenDecorSupplies.com warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship. If this product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, contact GardenDecorSupplies.com or the Manufacturer for repair or replacement. 

Return Policy

At GardenDecorSupplies.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us with email at gardendecorsupply@gmail.com or call us at 919-973-5406 after receiving your ordered item(s).

Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. However, all damaged and defects must be notified to us within 10 days of the delivery date. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original inner packing and must be in resalable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.

Please contact us before you send any items back to us. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and additional instructions before returning merchandise.
Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) will be refused.

For your protection we suggest you send your packages via UPS or FedEx to ensure the item is not damaged or lost in transit. With all returns, please include your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), name, shipping address, and contact numbers and any other requested instruction.
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.

Slightly Damaged Items

A quick note about only slightly damaged items: A chipped ceramic or porcelain item can be made to look like new by cementing the piece back. We have determined that 80% of damaged returns can be restored and sold as new or as slight seconds with minor work! Offering a slightly defective product at a reduced price brings you a satisfied customer who got a bargain and saves you and us a lot of time and money.  If you do keep a damaged item and fix it, please let us know and we may issue a partial credit.

Return Procedure
Please contact us on this email gardendecorsupply@gmail.com or call us at 919-973-5406 after receiving you ordered item(s) to obtain a Return Authorization. Package the product in original packaging with all the original parts and paperwork. You will be asked to put the RMA # (return authorization #) on the box.
