At GardenDecorSupplies.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us with email at gardendecorsupply@gmail.com or send your mail to GardenDecorSupplies.com, 200 Wenonah way, Durham NC 27713 or call us at 919-973-5406 after receiving you ordered item(s).
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items.
Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

Merchandise must be returned in its original inner packing and must be in resalable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
Please contact us before you send any items back to us. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and additional instructions before returning merchandise.
Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) will be refused.

For your protection we suggest you send your packages via UPS or FedEx to ensure the item is not damaged or lost in transit. With all returns, please include your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), name, shipping address, and contact numbers and any other requested instruction.
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. All damages and defects must be notified to us within 10 days of the delivery date. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.

Slightly Damaged Items
A quick note about only slightly damaged items: A chipped ceramic or porcelain item can be made to look like new by cementing the piece back. We have determined that 80% of damaged returns can be restored and sold as new or as slight seconds with minor work! Offering a slightly defective product at a reduced price brings you a satisfied customer who got a bargain and saves you and us a lot of time and money.  If you do keep a damaged item and fix it, please let us know and we may issue a partial credit.

Return Procedure
Please contact us with email at gardendecorsupply@gmail.com or send your mail to the address mentioned above or call us at 919-973-5406 after receiving you ordered item(s) to obtain a Return Authorization. Package the product in original packaging with all the original parts and paperwork. You will be asked to put the RMA # (return authorization #) on the box.

Please contact Customer Service for Return merchandise authorization (RMA) before returning merchandise.

If a customer refuses delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot be delivered, the 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.


Remember!

  • All damages and defects must be notified to us within 10 days of the delivery date. Any claims made after the 10th day may not be considered as a legitimate claim.
  • If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund or store credit. We do not accept returns after 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Merchandise is not returnable for a refund or store credit without permission from our office prior to actual return.
  • Undamaged merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for the return freight charge.
